Stainless Steel Nameplate in BA Finishing
This image is not the best example of a bright annealed (or BA) finishing on stainless steel, which in layman terms means a surface that is relatively reflective. The BA finishing is achieved via a process also known as cold-rolling and annealing in a controlled environment. Here’s a sample of an item in hairline finishing for comparison:
Although not a mirror-like as nickel-plated items, it does come at a lightly cheaper price, and a way shorter lead time of 1 week, compared to nickel-plating’s 2-3 weeks wait.
