A few weeks ago, I headed down to Xinmin Secondary School at the request of one of their teachers to do up a replacement plaque. Once there, I was shown the original plaque, which has both signatures signed onto it via markers, and were fading due to age. They wished to do up a replacement plaque and have the signatures etched instead in order to prevent that from happening again, and were concerned if the signatures will turn out realistic as they will now be etched instead of hand-signed. Well, you can be the judge of that.

3. Stainless Steel & Aluminum Color Comparison

I was recently asked to furnish some images regarding the color difference between aluminum and stainless steel, and was embarrassed to realize that I actually did not have any such images taken before. The reasons that the client asked was because they wanted a signage that blends in well with their machinery, to have a more seamless finishing after mounting. As seen from above, there is stark contrast between both materials, with the aluminum material being a very light shade of “white-ish” grey, and the stainless steel label sporting a deep tone of grey.

Fabrication methods such as laser or rotary engraving might have some degree of inaccuracy, due to machine wear-and-tear resulting in hardware misalignment issues. There will be no such problems with our chemical etching due to the nature of the etching process, and evidently our clients have built up enough confidence in our products to rely on our labels for measurement purposes.

5. Stainless Steel Wedding Album Labels with Colorless Etching

Though i myself is a vivid supporter of colorless etching, it would seem I’m not alone, as such colorless-etched labels are a common sight in our weekly orders. To be attached onto the font covers of wedding photo albums, these stainless steel labels with customized fonts looks elegant and lovely.
